I'm assuming you followed the steps in this article, right?: And did you launch Battery Standalone and not as plugin when doing this? Last edited: Sep 30, Hi Solger, I'm on Yosemite I made sure that I moved the library before opening Battery but that made no difference, and so did it the other way as well. Any other ideas?
I would even try to reinstall Battery but it was installed as part of Komplete 10 and my Native Access doesn't seem to let me install individual products or I'm completely confused about it. Thanks Solger - just using my laptop but I'll make sure it's not pushed to the side etc. Thanks for the link too, Bill.

Those of you that have and use this does it work well in Reason? I'm assuming it does because Reaktor does.

Thank you. I like the layout of battery 3 better. So i don't even use battery 4 but it's worth having for sure man. Reason 10 2.

I still use Kong for drums in Reason, but Battery is actually better. Sample layering, editing and fx. Then the articulations are pretty handy from time to time.

It's my go to drum sampler when I'm outside of Reason as well as for whenever I need Trap-stlye hihat or snare rolls. I would not use a vst drums pad in Reason, having kong available. Kong is the reason I don't use battery. It depends on what you want tbh. Battery 4 Error Message / I'm in trouble here
To get anywhere close in Kong you need to connect it up to a lot of external FX and CV devices - which can turn into spaghetti. Irrelevant of what drum tools you use, the audio samples you use are more important than the environment you run them in I rely heavily on Wave Alchemy's Drum Tools 2 sample pack most of these samples are in their Evolution. Love it.
Just add FX etc as required to the audio channels. Once complete I then bounce down the result and add to Battery. My other fav drum VSTs Polyplex which has some really awesome presets.
